Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of greengardenvillas.com and to stays at Green Garden Villas, 78 Soi Naya, Rawai, Mueang Phuket 83130, Thailand. By making a booking, you accept these terms.

1. Bookings

Bookings are made through our secure online booking engine (Cloudbeds) or directly with us by email or phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation. The rate, inclusions, deposit, payment and cancellation conditions shown in the booking engine at the time of booking and in your confirmation apply to your stay and take precedence over the general information on this website.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the booking engine and depend on the villa type, dates and number of guests. Payment is made as stated in your booking conditions.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Requests for an earlier check-in or later check-out can be sent to us in advance and depend on availability. At check-in, every guest must present a valid passport or ID, as required by Thai law.

4. Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is up to 2 adults and 1 child in a one-bedroom villa, up to 4 guests in a two-bedroom villa and up to 8 guests in a three-bedroom villa. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

5. During your stay

• Please treat the villa, the garden and the pools with care. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the swimming pools.
• Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbours, especially in the evening and at night.
• For your safety, please follow any instructions from our staff.

6. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to valuables left unattended, or for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as extreme weather, utility outages or official restrictions.

7. Website content

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date; however, photos are illustrative and furnishings may vary slightly between villas of the same type. All content on this website, including texts, photos and the logo, belongs to Green Garden Villas and may not be used without our permission.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
